一進門口就見到一張龍椅,旁邊還有不同的宮廷服裝,可以讓客人穿上打卡,很有噱頭,而我們坐的位置亦是配有不同宮殿的名稱,餐廳的裝修和餐具,亦見心思配合主題。【醬汁】有多款選擇,最喜歡是蔥油和麻油配少少香醋。【麻辣鴨血鍋】麻辣的香味除了辛辣之外,還帶有令人回味的麻香,鴨血又惹味,而且份量很多,撈起湯底的時候見到辛辣香料份量十足。【花膠雞湯鍋】花膠湯底十分滋潤,而且雞味濃郁,滑溜溜的口感令人一飲再飲,雞件本身已經是半熟的狀態,放在湯裏滾一滾吃起上來很嫩滑鮮味十足。【艾莎公主牛肉寶盒】一打開好像潘朵拉的盒子,有齊手切牛崩沙、手切本地牛肉、新鮮牛展、頂級雪花肥牛、牛黃喉、牛肉粒和牛舌花,最最最正是手切牛崩沙,牛肉粒排第二,好軟熟。【松露芝心墨魚丸】中間的芝士好濃,足料美味,松露味道又幾突出,粒丸彈牙惹味。【伊比利亞橡果豬】有一種甜味是伊比利亞橡果豬獨有的,就算湯底再濃郁,都仍然品嚐到豬的獨特香味。【香香宮煮響鈴拼盤】蛋黃金沙響鈴和普通響鈴各有三舊,我就比較喜歡普通響鈴。【美濃水蓮】好特別的質地,爽口得來又索盡湯汁。【竹蔗茅根】清涼解渴,不過稍甜,如果有低糖版更佳。
