天氣涼返,團長又號召大家一齊打邊邊!團長一向帶團員食好嘢,今次嚟到九龍城傳統老字號火鍋店,已經有 25年歷史,專做新鮮海鮮同高級食材!咁啱經大規模裝修後,走向年青人路線發展!一開始,因為團長臉子大!先送上一大盤《時令左口魚刺身》!嘩,我開頭以為成盤喺冰,因為完全睇唔到有魚肉!原來唔喺,喺師傅刀功一流,切到每片刺身都好薄,薄到半透明咁!真喺超正!一個字講哂:彈牙,有質感,魚味豐富!打邊爐,個鍋先喺最重要!團長拍板叫咗個《佛跳牆湯底》!嘩,依個湯底真喺好足料,有素翅、鮑魚、螺片同花膠等等!同一般火鍋唔同喺,先飲湯,後打邊爐!待應姐姐叫我哋先影相,再完倒入湯底,滾咗一陣!一碗熱辣辣嘅海鮮湯就完成!味道方面當喺超新鮮,超鮮甜啦!真喺識食嘅團長,仲做咗碟《每日限量頂級牛肉》!依碟牛肉最特別嘅地方,牛肉每日由屠房新鮮直送!待應姐姐話,只要滾幾分鐘可以!食落真喺超彈牙,好有牛味!喺出到真喺未食過咁好味嘅牛肉!團長仲叫咗碟《伊比利亞黑毛豬柳粒》,豬肉喺滾耐少少!但都喺入口即溶,食落質感好似牛柳粒!另外我自己拍板叫咗好多頂級火鍋料,有我最鍾意嘅《新鮮黑柏葉》、《手打墨魚丸》、《自製墨魚滑》、同《自製蝦滑

另外我自己拍板叫咗好多頂級火鍋料,有我最鍾意嘅《新鮮黑柏葉》、《手打墨魚丸》、《自製墨魚滑》、同《自製蝦滑》、《自製雲吞》、《自製韮菜餃》同《日本廣島蠔》!每碟火鍋食材都堅新鮮,而且味道非常濃郁,完全可以品嚐食材嘅原汁原味!

當中,我最欣賞喺《日本廣島蠔》!點解?因為蠔本身要滾好耐先夠熟,但多數越滾越縮水!但依隻《日本廣島蠔》滾完咗,都唔會好縮水,仲好大隻添!

第二最欣賞喺《手打墨魚丸》,非常彈牙!真喺堅食墨魚味,而唔似出便掛墨魚丸,只食添加劑嘅彈牙!

今餐食得幾豪吓,每人大約550左右!

Other Info. : 依間老字號火鍋店仲有個好趣緻、好有心思嘅地方,就喺會喺圥蘿蔔上燒焊上《厚褔館》三隻大字!俾食客影相時,做埋宣傳!都真喺幾有諗頭同創新!
