我喜歡食「OMAKASE」即是廚師發辦的原因是,食物會由師傅為我們挑選的,食材都會是最優質的。而且師傅係開始前預先會詢問我地有咩唔食,服務貼心 !我們一行5個人點了套餐(菊)。原來餐廳現在只要有4人或以上點(菊)套餐都會送一條北海道的喜知次!!!我們實在太好運了前菜:松葉蟹肉沙律非常新鮮,蟹肉鮮甜配上酸甜的胡麻醬味道酸酸甜甜的,讓人很開胃。刺身包括:沙碟魚,深海池魚,金目鯛,秋刀魚,青魚,拖羅和雪魚魚精及帶子等等共八款。味道都是由淺到濃開始的。沙碟魚:魚肉潔白帶點粉紅,師傅配上酸汁啫喱味道開胃之餘也能品嘗到碟魚清新的味道。 深海池魚:池魚油脂豐富,入口質感爽脆還透着淡淡的鮮甜!金目鯛:鯛肉質結實,魚肉鮮味而且彈牙,魚香豐腴鮮甜無比。拖羅:羅魚味道濃郁,魚油脂肪豐富,口感入口即溶魚香持久和甘香。雪魚魚精:師傅說這個雪魚魚精是女性養顏的佳品!味道一點都唔腥,質感幼滑像是吃慕斯一樣 。帶子:帶子肉質肥厚,師傅稍稍火炙過然後包上紫菜!!正啊。北海道的喜知次:喜知次是日本人最喜愛的魚之一,鹽燒後的喜知次油香四溢。皮燒得很香脆,而同魚身嫩滑油脂也非常豐富!!是會令人一試愛上的燒魚。章紅魚:章紅魚橙
