🎂😋🦐🦀今日為咗慶祝我摯愛嘅生日~特登book咗銅鑼灣"和三眛",其實2年前已經食過,因為太好食加上小小私心下😋,所以決定今日再食。(你知啦呢度價錢都唔算平🤣大事大節就最好架啦)我哋個位係可以正面望住師傅燒嘢食,加上今日天氣好好自然嘅日光可以晒入店內,非常開陽。order左佢既2人龍蝦和牛lunch set。之後師傅將一盤食材擺上枱真係不得了😱個龍蝦新鮮程度係切開完一半仲自己係咁郁,呢度嘅師傅除咗非常細心問我地平時食嘢嘅口味,手勢亦都非常純熟,基本上佢煮野嘅時候我哋就好似一班好投入嘅觀眾,原來睇人哋煮嘢食某程度上都係一種享受。第一道主菜係將龍蝦起肉,將蝦頭既膏拎起煮成醬汁煎,過程之中加上黑椒,之後會將海膽煮成海膽醬再加係龍蝦肉切粒,遠遠已經聞到超香🤤一擺落口已經讚嘆不絕,新鮮爽甜嘅龍蝦肉好有彈性好甜,同海膽係一個完美嘅配合,又濃又香。好食嘅菜真係源源不絕😍師傅問左我哋鍾意食幾成熟,之後就到薄燒牛肉,將牛肉連埋蔥、蒜片一齊燒,手法好純熟,牛肉吸收晒蒜同蔥嘅香味又唔會煮得太熟,牛肉汁依然都好豐富味道當然係超正🤤松葉蟹啖啖肉,牛油同醬汁香味完美結合。清酒煮蜆大大粒,每啖有微微酒香keep住原
