今日機場接機後到紅軒與朋友午餐，侍應生推介玻璃藤椒乳鴿，一到枱打開蓋子陣陣花椒香氣飄來，入口後原本以為好辣，但竟有意外驚喜，味道不錯兼好juice肉質幼嫩👍，其他地方未有此特別做法，厨師應落了不少心思😋 另外點了蝦多士、叉燒腸粉、芝麻煎堆、乾炒牛河、鵪鶉蛋燒賣、脆皮燒腩仔， 最好味是芝麻煎堆熱辣辣極之欲罷不能，叉燒腸粉皮薄晶瑩，不過乾炒牛河的牛肉片有少少韌，鵪鶉蛋燒賣及蝦多士值得推介🤩🤩, 總結員工服務，食物質數 響機埸範圍都算是不二之選🥳🥳下次再可Encore🤓
