鍾意食肉嘅我哋梗係揀咗F餐啦,頭盤一擺上枱就已經睇得出餐廳滿滿嘅誠意~ ✨極上夏多布里昂 我哋點呢個餐嘅目的就係為咗佢!燒完之後散發出濃烈嘅肉香味,食落口柔中帶韌,食落去全部都係深厚嘅豐腴肉感!不愧係肉中極品!💥👍🏼 ✨黑毛和牛六款 六款唔同部位嘅牛肉喺呢一盤都可以食得到~每一件肉肉色澤豔麗,靚嘅紋路經過炙燒之後脂肪溶化,肉汁喺口入面爆發嘅口感真係令人難以忘懷!我個人最鍾意就係牛里脊肉,肉質細嫩而且油花分佈均勻,口感細嫩而且肉香味超級濃郁🤤 ✨原隻魷魚筒、帆立貝、青口、大虎蝦 各種海鮮喺呢度都可以享受到~嗰隻魷魚筒同我手臂一樣長!貝類都係非常新鮮,燒熟咗之後味道非常鮮美仲帶住淡淡嘅燒烤味~ 🥩和牛肉眼 呢個部位都係我嘅至愛!燒完之後油脂滿滿化開,牛肉嘅鮮味同淡淡嘅奶香味喺口入面綻放,入口即溶講嘅就係呢啖! 🥩牛脷拼豬五花腩 厚切嘅牛脷厚實多汁,每面短暫炙燒就可以,咁樣可以最大保留住牛脷嘅汁水,仲可以食到柔嫩嘅口感💯 五花腩都好味,一點腥味都冇!燒到微微焦香之後,食落更加緊實彈牙,點食都唔會厭😍 🥩薄切蔥花牛脷鹽味 每一片嘅薄切牛脷都已經用鹽醃製過,經過燒烤之後,外焦裡嫩🤩 簡單嘅調味就
