To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳真係神奇嘅存在,我印象中疫情之前食過一次,估唔到經歷疫情之後,飲食業叫苦連天之際,佢仍然屹立不倒,當日我去食嘅時候,餐廳都keep住有客。我個人認為呢個就係認清市場定位嘅好示範,餐廳主打嘅就係一個性價比,晚市200蚊有找全包,有曬燒肉、刺身、壽司、點心、熱盤、一人火鍋、內地好興嘅冰粉、啤酒燒酒任飲。我都可以話除咗呢間,都好難揾到另一間做到咁(韓X燒都係,不過聽聞好似係同一個老闆,哈哈)。燒肉主要都係腌製凍肉為主,但款式唔少,任攞唔嬲,刺身竟然有赤蝦,雖然每次限量攞,但人唔多嘅時候可以問服務員一次過攞多隻。味道方面對得住價錢,基本上都幾似去BBQ場咁,個分別只係呢度用鐵板煎香而BBQ場係用火燒,刺身就個人推薦赤蝦,都幾大隻有蝦味。多款啤酒任飲,如果想放工啤啤佢嘅,又同時想食下肉醫肚,講真呢度都可以考慮。總結都係嗰句,餐廳定位好鮮明,呢度唔係主打食到有幾premium,而係主打包羅萬有,一次過滿足曬全部需要,飲下啤酒燒下野食又唔洗擔心價錢嘅好地方。
