To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去海怡 outlet shopping, 須便食晚飯，想食壽司，所以就近去左元氣。元氣今期極上優惠有三款選擇，我揀了極辛三文魚卷一試。因為佢寫極辛，唔知會唔會辣到噴火。除了極上，我也點了其他壽司、手卷和烏冬。芝麻八爪魚我幾喜歡食，我去襯元氣都會叫。另外，鰻魚手卷和魚籽手卷也可填肚。北寄貝沙律軍艦是軍艦中我較常 order 的一款，煙煙韌韌，有咬口。其他壽司都表現正常，而極辛其實不是太辣，可接受。烏冬飽肚，叫來墊底。食店服務正正常常，沒有驚喜，也沒有 bad feeling.
