To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Irassyaimase~ 一入門口,即使你冇打算望店員既面貌,但一句熟悉既日文從所有店員口中連珠炮發傳入耳仔,呢一聲已經係賣點──由日本引入既禮貌,彷彿真係好似去左日本本土拉麵店咁。自己落單,或者就係呢間拉麵店另一特色,不論麵既粗幼、硬度定係配料,都可以自己控制 隔左陣,一碗全黑連碟既拉麵就到啦!!!名符其實既黑熊拉麵,真係黑過密豆。呢到既拉麵唔似市面某d拉麵店,好黃好重鹼水。食起黎其實都唔係好重口味,或者係我自己鍾意食蒜野,所以覺得呢個湯底唔夠重味。簡單黎講可以用出前一丁個黑蒜味作比喻,但當然口感一定唔會覺得好重油味或者油膩,而且味道好自然。拉麵出名唔單止係佢個湯底,溫泉蛋一樣重要,可惜黑熊拉麵係唔包,要自行追加。講真,呢到隻溫泉蛋真係冇得輸:佢個蛋黃真係介乎差d凝固,又係想流出黎之間。佢點止咁簡單,講到明秘制,味道上實有分別。由最出最接近蛋殼既蛋白,至到最貼近蛋黃既蛋白,都充滿咸咸地既醬油味,食完真係有衝動叫多幾隻。
