🔎Rerere1001 日式串燒*📍 銅鑼灣渣甸街66號亨環22樓.和牛蛋卷($88)一黎就係呢新派既獨創項目~用和牛片包住隻溫泉蛋,切落去果下就好似食心太軟果d 咁d蛋液爆晒出黎,配合和牛既油脂同香氣,係一個幾得意既體驗.北海道燒完隻帶子($68)其實即係白汁煮帶子.不過佢呢度就加咗好多唔同既食材入去包括洋蔥同菇.不過廚房就將個汁調得無咁重口味,同埋中間食粒帶子都幾正,無好似其他人咁舊帶子肉係散晒咁,仲keep到完整.明太子沙律伴炸紫菜($68)第一次見明太子唔係一粒粒,而係一個個立方體lol 老闆應該好有心機逐粒逐粒切出黎,不過講真一個個cube既明太子口感真係好好,唔似其他沙津咁食完好似無食咁空虛.同埋佢既伴紫菜其實有少少奇怪,啲粉比較口厚,食落唔知自己係食緊紫菜定係天婦羅d 粉lol雞先定蛋先 ($48)即係免治雞翼棒伴生雞蛋~餐廳將免治雞肉焗熟之後, 再加多隻蛋喺旁邊比客人自己決定「雞先」定「蛋先」.如果係「蛋先」,客人可以打勻隻蛋再淋上雞肉棒.如果係「雞先」就可以選擇以「點醬」方式去點生雞蛋液,兩個食法都各有不同,很過癮架.
