地方雖然唔大但好有氣氛 好適合一班朋友一班人聚會而且店家仲會因應你嘅人數去調整佢哋嘅位置唔會話因為八個人就要分開兩張枱好細心 不過由於當日我哋一大班人真係太肚餓我哋知道串燒呢一種食物類型係要慢慢一串一串飲吓嘢同朋友吹吓水咁嘆但我哋嗰日真係太肚餓嘅原因真係一上菜就俾人搶晒相都影唔到唯一俾我影到相嘅幸存者就係呢一個蟹膏 推薦日本小紫薯 炸雞超juicy 大蔥 呢個蟹膏都唔錯相對來講食物質素都偏高但當然開得係銅鑼灣預咗價錢都會偏貴 但係一串嘅份量嫌少所以如果你哋去食嘅話盡量唔好喺超肚餓嘅狀態去 如果唔係會發火但如果只係少少肚餓只係想同朋友飲吓嘢吹吓水食下嘢 呢間絕對係一個唔錯嘅選擇

出去食飯,間唔中一次半次伏係預咗既。揀新餐廳,三次其實預咗兩次伏,但係今次可能真係人生最伏。今日突然想食Yakitori,揀咗一間未試過但有唔錯食評嘅,我唔期望有Birdie或Toritama既質素,但係睇啲相見佢正正常常就決定一試。一般黎講,食評有幾多真幾多假其實好難估,我通常都會睇吓啲相望吓師傅整出嚟嘅嘢食個賣相,就算食完之後係伏左,都算心服口服。我一路以來都係一個CD-ROM,好食嘅唔好食嘅都唔會寫食評,因為懶。有時食緊既時候好有衝動去寫食評,但係返到屋企都唔會花時間去寫。今次真係一個 Exception。Anyway,講返啲嘢食- 燒牛舌好似咬橡筋;- 粟米烚熟之後用火槍燒燶個邊就當燒粟米;- 雞冇雞味,只有雪味;- 調味極端,一係鹹死一係完全冇味;- 唯一可取嘅應該係杯嘢飲。柚子梳打做得唔錯,啤酒都好飲。我實在諗唔起幾多年冇試過食飯食到咁嬲。如果有一個cut loss機制,我諗我食完頭兩碟之後就會起身認輸。

行左成日就同朋友嚟試呢一間串燒屋,一坐低就order左兩杯生啤,一於啤一啤佢!雞先定蛋先個名好特別!賣相都唔錯!係免治雞肉棒裏面有d雞軟骨,好好嚼,點埋日本蛋漿就更加滑溜~鹽燒牛脷燒得好香好爽,好味到要encore多一串🤤豚肉荔枝卷都係encore項目,豚肉同清甜荔枝中間仲夾咗塊紫蘇葉,好夾好清新~北海原隻燒帶子嘅帶子爽口彈牙,最鍾意就係佢個酸酸地嘅醬汁,加埋芝士同埋本菇超正!雞皮一份有兩串,唯我嘅雞皮控朋友獨享~串燒芝士獅子狗個皮有d焦,脹卜卜一咬就有芝士流出嚟!吉列炸蠔個炸漿唔算好厚,炸得好酥脆,加埋檸檬汁好fresh!汁燒和牛胸腹肉、秋葵同粟一燒都好好味~唯獨玉子燒略嫌有d乾~店內裝修、氣氛同擺設都一流,完全值得encore呀!

值得一提係入去前,店員會用部噴霧機噴勻客人個身同袋,感覺好衛生同high tech而且餐廳處位最高層,所以感覺開揚同氣氛不錯~粟一燒 • HKD$22好香牛油味,而且仲好甜不過就得3舊仔,食完一碟會想再食牛油果沙律拌餅乾 • HKD$68沙律醬加左d蒜味好香可惜牛油果唔夠熟,仲係硬嘅松葉蟹膏甲羅燒 • HKD$89個甲羅燒居然燒到個底有d燶左,近殼d膏全部都食唔到同埋個蟹膏唔夠濃,有d失望多士好食都冇用,希望可以改善吓汁燒鰻魚 • HKD$48魚肉好彈牙,而且燒得啱啱好👍🏽個人覺得呢個係最好食送酒一流!雞先定蛋先 • HKD$48個汁太濃味,搞到成件事好死甜,仲完全食唔到蛋香雞肉棒個質感都ok嘅~
