To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

連續下了好幾天雨，鬱悶著為什麼放大假才來下雨，好在今天太陽終於展現笑容，可以出街走走。閑日難搵人陪，一個人去了香港科學館參觀，之後去咗一間很久沒有幫襯的樓上西餐廳。坐低叫了一份medium 的烤燒8安士美國頂級西冷扒。喜歡西冷扒因為牛肉味很重，西冷不會像肉眼扒那樣中間有一大嚿肥膏。厚切的西冷牛扒，不但有質感而且廚師把扒邊的油脂烤燒得很焦香，牛扒裏面勁多汁，超好味。伴碟的配菜也做得很不錯，一個人也要好好享受生活。
