Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚飯後收到呢個小蛋糕慶祝pre-birthday，太開心啦~兩口子食飽飯食的份量剛剛好榛子朱古力撻🌰(實際我都唔係好清楚係咩名堂)上面有榛子粒，中間係非常濃郁的榛子Mousse，而再𥚃層是榛子味蛋糕，所以整件都洋溢著榛子香味最底層是軟心朱古力撻，撻皮食落似曲奇味，但不會太牛油味。平時好怕太溜的甜品，但佢mousse一啲都唔溜，甜道又不會太甜，層次配合很好，整個味道大讚👍🏽👍🏽 本身好中意食呢間的麵包，下次見到再買來食

上面有榛子粒，中間係非常濃郁的榛子Mousse，

最底層是軟心朱古力撻，撻皮食落似曲奇味，但不會太牛油味。


平時好怕太溜的甜品，但佢mousse一啲都唔溜，甜道又不會太甜，層次配合很好，整個味道大讚👍🏽👍🏽
