To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳個環境真係非常之現代感！好似係置身喺一個時尚餐廳嘅感覺。Griled Pork Loin with Angel Hair in Red Wine。烤豬柳真係烤得剛剛好，外面微微焦香，入面嘅肉質好嫩滑。配上纖細嘅天使髮意大利麵同紅酒醬汁，味道醇厚，真係好開胃！一咬落去，肉汁漫出Egg Benedict with Avocado Spread and Cheddar Cheese on Sesame Bun。啲蛋黃熟得啱啱好，流心嘅感覺真係無得頂！仲有啲酪梨醬同芝士，加上芝麻包，口感豐富多層次。南瓜湯都係唔可以錯過啊！佢嘅濃稠質感同南瓜嘅濃郁甜味真係一絕！一啖落肚，暖暖地，令人感覺好舒服。嗰陣南瓜嘅香味同埋滑順口感Baked No Added Hormones Chicken Leg。烤得香脆，肉質嫩滑多汁，一咬落去，嗰啲肉汁真係令人驚艷！而且好重要嘅係，佢冇添加荷爾蒙，健康又安心！
