To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近我在樂富廣場的Alfafa餐廳享用了美味的西方comfort food，這裡的菜品讓我感到非常滿意。首先，我點了芝士火腿三文治（Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwich），外焦內嫩，香濃的芝士與火腿的鹹香完美結合，讓人一口接一口，簡直是懷舊的味道。接下來，我還點了雜菜湯螺絲粉，湯底清淡卻不失鮮味，裡面有各式各樣的新鮮蔬菜和螺絲粉，吃起來十分舒爽，特別適合搭配三文治。香烤雞翼是我這次用餐的另一道亮點，外皮金黃酥脆，肉質鮮嫩多汁，特製的醬料讓它更加美味，讓我忍不住想多點幾隻。最後，我點了一杯Café Glacé，這杯冰咖啡的濃郁香氣與滑順口感，搭配整頓餐點，讓我倍感滿足。整體來說，Alfafa餐廳的這頓西方comfort food不僅美味，還帶來了家的溫暖，讓我期待下次再來品嘗！
