To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

樂雅軒食記來喇！🍽️ 呢間喺城景國際嘅餐廳，環境靚靚，幾適合friend聚會。今次試咗佢哋嘅 ，真係一個字—正！先講講頭盤情四小品啦，有蔥油海蜇燻蹄，呢啲味道清新得嚟有股燻香味，醒胃又開胃。再講下鳳尾蝦多士，炸得啱啱好，夠香口，又唔會太油，蝦肉啖啖肉，好食到停唔到口啊！🍤個滋補濃湯花膠雞，溫暖哋咁滑入喉，感覺啲花膠同雞肉都燉到夠曬時間，又腍得滋味，好飲！桃酥鱈魚球呢個菜，我可以講你知係crispy啲啲，魚肉鬆化嘅，咬落去口感好豐富，啱晒愛嚼勁啲嘅食客。然後到菇扣鮑魚，講真啊，啲菇嘅鮮味同鮑魚啲鮮香真係好夾，料足味靚，鑊氣十足，叫我唔愛都難！🐚去到呢度，我已經有少少攰，但係一見到個炸子雞就精神番晒，皮脆肉嫩，啲川椒葉仲有嗰陣特別香，一試難忘。飯局總會有個食得清爽嘅菜，手工雲吞百合泡時蔬就做到啩嘅效果，鮮蝦雲吞超正，簡簡單單但就係好味！🥟最後個甜品黑糖桂圓紫米露就為今次嘅餐點一個完美嘅註解，甜而不膩，滑中帶糯，一流！總體嚟講，樂雅軒為呢次聚會增色唔少，食物好味，地方正，定必再嚟！🥂
