To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友再次來到厚福街食晚餐，選擇樓上的意大利餐廳。 親民價錢～ 輕鬆又舒適環境🥗凱撒沙律配上煙三文魚作為前菜，煙三魚甘香回味，咸味適中，簡單又開胃。🥢鮮蝦、布袋芝士意大利雲吞：黏口的龍蝦🦞汁醬包圍住每粒雲吞。入面的鮮蝦配芝士味道都配合。有7粒雲吞，份量都十分足夠。🥢另外點了份晚市套餐。有沙律、餐湯和飲品，味道都正正常常。主食選了北海道帆立貝伴醫膏意大利飯。蟹膏煮到入味，每粒飯都有吃著正宗意大利飯半生熟的口感～ 值得回味
