To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳見佢都開左一段時間，但從來冇幫襯過。突然想食韓式食品，就諗住試下呢間，點知中晒伏。今餐兩個人點左韓式炒粉絲、鐵板牛仔骨、韓式紫菜卷、涼拌菠菜、蕃茄豆腐湯、熱韓式咖啡、熱人蔘茶。除咗韓式紫菜肉卷同涼拌菠菜正常味道，其他鹹到黐左線。韓式咖啡係三合一沖出嚟嘅咖啡質素，人蔘茶味道淡如水。我從未試過喺餐廳飲到咁既質素飲品，真出色。呢間餐廳咁嘅食物質素唔知點解仲生存到？但我就絕對唔會有下一次，食大家樂都冇咁嬲。
