生日月份正式啟動,今晚舊同事好有心咁為我慶祝生日我話想食上海菜佢地就話不如去尖沙咀嘅香港老飯店,交通方便大家放工過來都唔遠。我哋星期四七點鐘到都好多食客喎,果然平日生意唔錯由想當年喺美麗華商場搬過嚟寶勒巷只係食過一次,果次仲要係最少兩年前了。色澤金黃,十分吸引!中間啲合桃新鮮冇油益味不過不失,酒味夠重不過就冇乜雞味。好大碟,我自己就好喜歡,無論調味和肉質都做得出色,加埋啲汁送飯一流雖然肥膩邪惡不過耐不耐一次係要放縱下自己嘅比我想像中好味,嚟到嘅時候仲熱辣辣,皮脆肉滑,食到停唔到口,果然有驚喜每一隻都肥嘟嘟咬落去啲湯會流晒出嚟各位朋友食小籠包嘅時候要小心啊賣相已經攞滿分煎得好靚,煎到一半金黃食落好juicy,冇諗過生煎包內都咁多肉汁總結: 食物質素比起我兩年前來大大進步,不過餐廳生意唔錯,客人比較多所以都好嘈。回頭率100%
