To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 沙爹王係中學時期既飯堂，諗唔到食咩就一定會去左呢度！日式蟹粉豆腐鍋配飯 $69 呢個汁好岩撈飯食，夠晒熱，熱到一路都沙沙聲！蟹肉同豆腐既份量都唔少，仲有陣陣咸蛋王香，份量足夠撈晒一碗飯，但一個人食晒會有啲膩，share黎食比較好！避風塘軟殻蟹 $68 最中意食香口野食，軟殻蟹有4大件，即炸關係仲好燙口，小小辣而且好惹味！呢個份量絕對對得住呢個價呀~~芝士白汁焗餃子 $44 每次黎食都會食，雖然餃子只係普通既肉餃，但芝士再加上白汁，味道冇法檔，仲做到小小既拉絲呀～白咖哩香茅豬扒飯 $57 以前係個豬扒浸住個咖哩汁上，而家變左3樣野分開放，幾好！白咖哩汁永遠都係香，帶點點辣，真惹味！芒果椰汁沙冰 $22 又幾好似飲，芒果味唔假，唔易溶，加左珍珠就増加左口感！餐牌
