To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工後跟男友到中環行下，意外發現呢間散發鮮綠色光芒的餐廳，於是入去試試入到嚟覺得好modern，似係有好多野食揀知道呢度食素後，我地都幾開心，因為呢排肥左，都想食得健康啲韓式雜糧沙律Bowl $151呢碗沙律bowl都幾特別，因為只有中環呢度先供應太陽蛋。配料仲有煎豆腐、醃蘿蔔絲、醃黃瓜、泡菜同發芽綠豆；而因為加左雜糧，有糙米、紅米、藜麥同小米4種，淋埋韓式辣醬，味道酸辣酸辣的，好有層次，口感亦都好豐富。Orchid蘭花沙律Bowl $88呢款沙律叫蘭花，真係Bowl如其名，配料有醃紫洋蔥、羽衣甘藍、羅馬生菜同牛油果，顏色鮮艷，食起嚟都好清新爽甜。因為係half & half，所以一半係雜糧，另一半係薄麵包片。而醬料係腰果醬，質感沙沙的，有啲小粒粒，好creamy。Flatbread Chips薄麵包片 $60呢款薄麵包片好特別，用嘅係全麥酸種麵包，加上店家特製的香料，所以食起嚟香口得嚟又感覺健康啲！配埋鷹豆醬，味道濃郁，更加滋味！不過我自己就覺得油左少少，一盒對兩個人嚟講多得濟生薑檸檬草茶 $45呢款茶被男友大讚，我地冇耐前都喺第間餐廳點呢款茶，但佢覺得呢度好飲好多，有種好清幽雅緻嘅
