To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從轉了輪班工作，定期約埋戰友去食自助餐，事前訂咗位，去到剛剛夠鐘，比咗張靠食物區長方枱，主色彩色地方大，食物都幾多選擇沙律菜正常選擇都有，仲有冷門啲嘅新鮮茴香菜，除了正常沙律醬，還有較健康黑醋汁（意大利油醋汁都有）海鮮款式不多，煙三文魚ok，青口、螺肉正常，壽司幾款，但飯太乾，最後無食啲飯（我唔會介意自助餐食飯，但啲飯實在太乾硬）熱食呢度無牛扒，係德國豬手（無試）反而試咗海南雞，可以揀雞嘅部位幾好，我食雞胸都唔會嚡，味道正常飲品有果汁或熱茶+咖啡機，配備都幾足夠（茶包款式不多）甜品款式正常多，雪榚係名牌雪榚十幾種口味，見到個超大雪榚櫃已經失去理智，叫店員每款比半球我（𢳂到手軟）味道超濃滑，食完再encore兩球最喜歡嘅朱古力同咖啡，蛋糕切到細細件（不過款式都不是我喜歡的，所以專心食雪榚）可以試多幾款，有朱古力噴泉（不過無試）水果新鮮！木桶豆腐花幾滑今日在無預期下，見店員推出一碗碗喇沙龍蝦，原來撞正酒店開業廿週年紀念，每位客人一客，仲要只此一天，第二日來都無，即刻覺得賺咗😂喇沙湯香濃，有鉗龍蝦肉質正常店員們勤快，收碟都會問過先收！不過個場大，佢哋四圍遊走無乜接觸，有搵店員拍團照，佢哋都

今日在無預期下，見店員推出一碗碗喇沙龍蝦，原來撞正酒店開業廿週年紀念，每位客人一客，仲要只此一天，第二日來都無，即刻覺得賺咗😂喇沙湯香濃，有鉗龍蝦肉質正常

店員們勤快，收碟都會問過先收！不過個場大，佢哋四圍遊走無乜接觸，有搵店員拍團照，佢哋都好樂意幫手，送上龍蝦時好好笑容

機場區酒店來講，呢間性價比最高，用埋機場員工價折咗$165抵食，水準好好
