To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晨早流流出到機場，坐廉航又冇早餐食，當然要喺入禁區之前填飽個肚啦！機場餐廳選擇好少，再加上聽講疫情後好多餐廳都未開返，好在都搵到間個價錢相對OK既餐廳～我叫咗個A3. 炸魚柳、豬肉腸、煎蛋、茄汁豆 （連熱飲) $43除左西式之外，都仲有中式早餐（粥類）供應，好在唔會因為位處機場就冇乜選擇。不愧為快餐店，出餐都好快手，用點餐機買完，拎張飛交到櫃檯，即刻就可以捧走個餐了！本身以為機場餐廳食物質素會比較低，又貴又唔好食，又估唔到塊魚柳都好夠厚身，啖啖肉咁，個炒蛋又有蛋香，真係有D超乎想像！仲有塊多士竟然係有烘底既！而家出去茶餐廳食，烘個底都要加錢，呢度竟然烘好晒，搽埋個牛油就好美味了～！飲品就冇乜特別，叫咗杯好立克，食飽飽就入禁區上機～入機場坐車都要成粒鐘，以後check-in完之後喺機場慢慢嘆個靚早先行入去，就可以舒舒服服去玩了～
