To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搭早機前去翠華食個早餐,成日聽到人哋話翠華質素每況愈下。平時唔多食翠華嘅我今日終於感受到,的確麻麻哋唔係咁好食。質素唔係咁好而且價錢比起其他嘅連鎖餐廳櫃。CP值的確麻麻哋,大家睇吓個餐牌。一個公仔麵收人$48的確有啲狼,但係機場選擇唔多唯有試一試佢啦。我叫咗呢個行政早餐係炸魚柳配番茄豆同埋炒蛋。個魚柳炸粉比較而且魚柳揸得過火左冇乜味道。但係個炒蛋都整得唔錯夠滑同有蛋味。另外而家個奶油豬變咗細嘅牛油豬仔包,要另外問佢攞煉奶先可以食。總括嚟講餐廳變咗出名就好難維持到個質素,可能因為太多人嚟啦。佢未至於難食但係我寧願去樓下大家樂食啦下次。

我叫咗呢個行政早餐係炸魚柳配番茄豆同埋炒蛋。個魚柳炸粉比較而且魚柳揸得過火左冇乜味道。但係個炒蛋都整得唔錯夠滑同有蛋味。

另外而家個奶油豬變咗細嘅牛油豬仔包,要另外問佢攞煉奶先可以食。總括嚟講餐廳變咗出名就好難維持到個質素,可能因為太多人嚟啦。佢未至於難食但係我寧願去樓下大家樂食啦下次。
