To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再對上一次光顧已是1-2年前 印象中呢間水平普通一般，今日同朋友即興約會 見假日中午繁忙時段四處餐廳都要排隊等候 於是就唯有再次光顧翡翠廢使免等一輪。對該店最有印象就是佢杯玄米茶，令人感dum本高檔，但一坐低侍應卻遞上一杯屋邨樓下酒樓既普洱茶，當下感覺已即大打折扣 。隨後追問下點解唔係之前一直所提供既玄米茶？原來已一早取消，若要飲就需額外比錢落單。食物方面，其中既擔擔面 湯一昧只有咸 冇花生醬味 面就太淋；水煮魚及小籠包就普普通通；只有個冬瓜瑤柱顯汁ok。但相比起之前更失水準。總括而言，經今次後更沒興趣光顧，水平下降，但價錢就照舊，完全貨次價高，食物質素及感覺比不上該店既裝潢同地段。
