To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時候覺得一個人食午餐比較自在,一方面不需要等人,另一方面,經過忙碌後,偶爾要給自己小小空間喘息,學習多欣賞身旁的事物。望了餐牌後,選擇了帶子海鮮蓋蛋飯,今天餐廳比平時少人,因此容易找到位置坐,便選擇了靠窗邊的位置。取餐後,發覺此餐的份量比我想像中大份,心想今次必會有飯剩下。此餐最上層由葱花,粟米粒,紅蘿蔔粒,帶子,獅子狗丸及洋蔥粒混合欠汁而成,中間有一塊大大的煎蛋,最底層是飯。品嚐後,個人喜歡煎蛋與葱花混合欠汁,蛋味好香,唯一不足的是,略嫌欠汁味道有點咸。帶子份量約有6-8件,不錯!食到飽飽,當然要喝上一杯熱好立克。進食中途,發現有位伯伯因為食不完整個餐,通知店員需取飯盒走,隨後店員細心為伯伯裝上,其間還提醒伯伯如要番熱食,需要另換上合適的飯盒先可番熱食。望見此情景,真得感覺香港尚有温暖。
