一直好想去洲際食下午茶,最主要都係貪佢個無敵大海景😺好relax👭☕️茶我揀左法國精選季節茗茶 - Sakura🌸,佢其實係綠茶,加左櫻花,有陣陣既花香味,都幾清新,但我唔肯定個陣原來就係櫻花既味道🤣由於今次主題係柑橘,所以好多款式既果醬、甜點同鹹點都加左柑橘,食左唔少生果😂😂🌳西蘭花夾餅: 佢將西蘭花切碎,然後整到好似薯餅咁,面同底都煎到金香,質感鬆軟😋😋🥒青瓜三文魚: 青瓜切粒,去皮,刮空埋中間部份,將三文魚釀入去。青瓜夠爽口,加埋三文魚既鮮味,好fresh👍🏻👍🏻🍤蝦包: 用左類似餐包,中間夾左小小蝦肉,味道👌🏻🍞鴨肝多士: 我平時好少食鴨肝鵝肝之類既野,但呢個鴨肝多士切到細細塊,鴨肝既顏色有啲似午餐肉😂聞到好香既鴨肝味,質感幾滑,配埋多士食又唔錯喎😆☕️Earl grey puff: puff中間有堆好香好濃earl grey味既cream同埋西柚添🤣感覺有點不太match,西柚仲要好酸🙊🙊🍋Lemon cheese cake: 好鐘意個芝麻餅底🙆🏼🙆🏼好香好脆,好多芝麻😍但中間黃色既檸檬芝士蛋糕好酸🙈🙈🍫朱古力脆皮tart: 好正既朱古力脆皮,有nuts添架😋面頭都有放上柑橘😂🍊

由於今次主題係柑橘,所以好多款式既果醬、甜點同鹹點都加左柑橘,食左唔少生果😂😂

🌳西蘭花夾餅: 佢將西蘭花切碎,然後整到好似薯餅咁,面同底都煎到金香,質感鬆軟😋😋

🥒青瓜三文魚: 青瓜切粒,去皮,刮空埋中間部份,將三文魚釀入去。青瓜夠爽口,加埋三文魚既鮮味,好fresh👍🏻👍🏻

🍤蝦包: 用左類似餐包,中間夾左小小蝦肉,味道👌🏻

🍞鴨肝多士: 我平時好少食鴨肝鵝肝之類既野,但呢個鴨肝多士切到細細塊,鴨肝既顏色有啲似午餐肉😂聞到好香既鴨肝味,質感幾滑,配埋多士食又唔錯喎😆

☕️Earl grey puff: puff中間有堆好香好濃earl grey味既cream同埋西柚添🤣感覺有點不太match,西柚仲要好酸🙊🙊

🍋Lemon cheese cake: 好鐘意個芝麻餅底🙆🏼🙆🏼好香好脆,好多芝麻😍但中間黃色既檸檬芝士蛋糕好酸🙈🙈

🍫朱古力脆皮tart: 好正既朱古力脆皮,有nuts添架😋面頭都有放上柑橘😂

🍊Manadarin tart: 個皮既質感我覺得類似椰撻,咬落幾香幾脆,中間仲有舊柑橘

🍮Mandarin panna cotta: 唔知點解佢好稀好水,我試左一啖,味道好怪,所以冇食到🙊
