To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於好想食泰國菜，即刻外賣🥡返屋企食～之前都有幫襯開小曼谷，所以黎咗呢度叫外賣香葉肉碎炸蝦膠皮蛋$140出邊泰國舖好少見呢個菜式，佢係將皮蛋用蝦膠包住，然後拎去炸，切開後上邊鋪上香葉肉碎～皮蛋好香蝦膠十分彈牙😆上邊香葉肉碎好惹味，必食，份量都唔少🙌🏻串燒拼盤 $118有雞、牛、豬、雞腎、泰式臘腸同燒雞全翼，全部串燒燒到都唔乾，最欣賞係泰式臘腸好有油香，另外燒雞全翼好惹味，其他串燒水準亦高，配上甜甜辣辣的沙嗲醬👍🏻海南雞 $192因為太鍾意食海南雞，所以叫咗一隻，海南雞雞皮唔會好肥，平時怕食雞皮嘅我都食到，肉質嫩滑，再配上酸酸辣辣嘅醬，好快食晒一隻☺️
