To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搬來太和好多天,路過幾次「Cafe Seoul」後來弟弟來太和取乾洗的西裝,我們就約好一起吃午飯弟弟說他一個遼寧同學,時不時去韓國度個週末的,來吃過這家「首爾」后給了倆字兒評價:正宗!於是,我們決定去鑑定下,緯度位置相同能不能同化口感進門的時候我有點小失落,竟然沒有人跟我說「愛你唷喝啥喲」!!! 那我要怎麼把「愛你唷喝啥喲too」說出口,差評!店裡不太大,好吧,這是香港筷子和湯食都在桌子下面的抽屜里,自己動手、豐衣足食坐下就會有人給上小菜,應該是自己手工做的,我偏愛辣白菜,弟弟更中意芽菜我和弟弟每人點了一份石鍋拌飯,兩種口味,配菜很豐富,蒽,是菜,沒有肉,吃肉要加錢我的吃飯秘訣是:拌飯上來后先不要攪拌,喝一口配送的海帶濃湯,再不緊不慢的拍張照然後加上醬汁均勻攪拌這樣吃的時候就會有一點點鍋巴香吃飯的時候和弟弟聊天說,韓國人大概很窮吧..昨天晚上的剩菜剩飯第二天拌上醬汁就能稀裡糊塗的吃了後來覺得美國人也很窮,燃氣燒不起,吃個牛排只能烤個半生不熟最後發現,最窮的是日本人,生的直接吃,鍋都買不起哈哈哈,以上純屬瞎扯...另外,要特別表揚下這家的韓式煎餃,真的好好吃,中間夾有粉絲,沾一點點醋,
