同老友試完新車,去到九龍城,原本食泰菜,行到龍城道看到對聯,「欲嘗海上鮮,莫惜腰間錢。」有意思!店內如一般餐館裝潢,收銀位仲有個懷舊老爺點唱機,樓上係VIP房。兩個男人食飯梗係要啤一啤佢,再叫兩三個菜送啤酒,先至係王道。大廚剛剛經過,就問下今日有無好嘢介紹,佢就介紹左個剁椒蒸開邊龍蝦,剁椒係大廚親自從湖南地區挑選。上菜時,辣椒香味撲鼻,剁椒,香蒜加埋芫茜粒舖滿哂起龍蝦上面,淨係睇到都流哂口水,而龍蝦肉鮮甜富有彈性,非常新鲜,呢碟餸有剁椒嘅辣又有龍蝦仔嘅鮮,完全激起哂我味蕾嘅感覺。之後黎個秘制燒豬肋骨,外層燒到有少少燶睇落好似乾乾地,切開後,肉汁竟然保存到起入面,外脆內軟又有肉汁,非常野味。最後就係立體3D芥蘭配蒜蓉法包,點樣3D法,就係有豬肉粒起第一層,把肉粒放在法包一齊食,好似泰式食法。第二層係炸過嘅菜,爽口野味,最底嗰層就係芥蘭菜,口味清新,一碟菜有兩種食法真係新奇!
