To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又是一年一度父親節,及與家中成員6月份的壽星仔女,一同慶祝,開開心心聚在一起。家人見到北京樓的網上宣傳,有晚膳套餐優惠,菜式都適合我們,就去品嚐下,上年也曾來過吃晚飯,印象不錯。北京樓二小拼碟杭州芳香煎腐方薄薄的,煎得香脆可口,濃濃豆香味。七里莊酒糟醉雞醉雞是心水菜色,酒味不會太濃,易入口,味道適中,雞肉嫩滑爽口,必點菜色。燕液海皇羹味道清淡,帶出海鮮香味,帶子、魚肉、   等材料,好吃。彩椒油爆雙鮮雙鮮是指            ,加入彩椒一起炒,爽口清香彈牙,不錯的小菜。烤北京填鴨脆脆而大大隻的鴨,切成薄片與薄餅皮、醬汁、西芹、大蔥夾住一起吃,減輕油膩感之餘,味道很匹配,香濃惹味,滿足了!家常蒸魚方魚肉鮮美,嫩滑多汁,好味!蒜子奶湯浸時蔬新鮮時蔬浸著濃郁鮮甜的湯頭,確實份外美味!北京人家小蔥拌麵醬汁香濃,沾上淡淡的麵條,非常惹味。無錫灌湯小籠包皮薄多汁,餡料肉鮮嫩滑,吃多幾個都不會厭。香滑椰汁糕香甜軟滑,吃出濃濃椰汁香,好味。

七里莊酒糟醉雞
醉雞是心水菜色,酒味不會太濃,易入口,味道適中,雞肉嫩滑爽口,必點菜色。


燕液海皇羹

味道清淡,帶出海鮮香味,帶子、魚肉、   等材料,好吃。


彩椒油爆雙鮮

雙鮮是指            ,加入彩椒一起炒,爽口清香彈牙,不錯的小菜。


烤北京填鴨

脆脆而大大隻的鴨,切成薄片與薄餅皮、醬汁、西芹、大蔥夾住一起吃,減輕油膩感之餘,味道很匹配,香濃惹味,滿足了!
