To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食放題啦，所以約咗朋友仔放工去食位於銅鑼灣嘅放題😋我地點完食物之後出去拎野飲，見到出面有好多小食拎：涼拌豬脷、章魚小丸子等刺身：三文魚、北海道帶子、油甘魚、極品大赤蝦、鮑片，刺身比得好大方，好厚切！😆😆整體都好新鮮肥美👍🏻壽司：見到壽司好多款，樣樣都想食😂我哋叫咗椒鹽炙燒比目魚、蒜香青蔥燒牛肉壽司、黑松露鮮帶子、黑松露油甘魚、蟹膏玻璃蝦、花之戀、鰻魚忌廉芝士卷、黑松露赤魚、海膽手卷、松葉蟹膏手卷。壽司都好好食，尤其係椒鹽炙燒比目魚，入口即溶😍而佢哋d飯唔會好大舊，所以唔會飽哂而食唔到其他野👍🏻我哋叫咗d燒物：燒香草羊鞍好香孜然味同羊味👍🏻而鹽燒牛舌好爽口！黃金焗蠔mix咗沙律醬好香好好味、金蒜蓉粉絲精扇貝好香蒜味而粉絲吸晒啲味，正呀😋牛油煮鮮大蜆好香芫荽味，食落口好香牛油味😋😋而牛肉湯烏冬嘅湯底係味增，牛肉好嫩👍🏻而食咗刺身之後，飲啖湯真係好暖胃😌
