To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在位於奧海城的Habitu 和亞姨和朋友catch up. 初初諗住去別的咖啡室，但最後經過這間Habitu, 就決定喺呢度食tea: 寬闊的空間及和風cafe的裝修，有忙裏偷閑的感覺，是一個打卡好去處的地方🥰🥰🥰。我們三人之前食咗個晏，仲未非常肚餓，叫咗兩個下午茶set包嘢飲，再加杯咖啡。English Scone set - 我自己就覺得比較麵粉味道重，喜歡牛油香嘅朋友未必欣賞。這個菠菜雞肉quesadilla 都幾好味，不過冇即刻食，所以整體上都硬了些了。配料好味，尤其有芒果香的guacamole. 飲品方面我們選擇了一杯檸檬茶、一杯白咖啡及一杯黑咖啡。 中規中矩吧。
