今晚來到位於置富都會嘅「紅蔥頭」,嘗試一下佢嘅扒餐。餐廳面積都幾大,裝潢設計充滿一種歐洲懷舊風格,周圍都有木製家具同古典陳設。聽聞店主熱愛懷舊風,店內不少家具、擺設都是從英國等歐洲國家搜尋回來。店裡嘅古董木門、木桌椅及木櫃,均刻意不作翻新油漆,保留原有古舊味道,每條木紋、磨損剝落嘅油漆都係歷史見證。我哋叫左兩個扒餐,套餐包餐湯、牛油法包同一杯餐飲。是日餐湯係羅宋湯,味道唔錯。法包加上左香草牛油幾好味。扒我哋點左「鐵板肉眼扒 」($155)、「鐵板牛柳拼吉列魚柳 」($155)。上枱時鐵板仲係熱辣辣,我哋點左medium 生熟度適中,肉質唔鞋,肉眼牛肉味較濃,而牛柳就較淋,吉列魚柳夠脆口而且内裡鮮嫩有魚味。整體兩個扒餐都唔錯👍🏻另外我哋仲點左「鐵板上的蝸牛」($50),即係法式田螺,田螺肉鮮嫩,配以pasto醬非常惹味,底下有薯蓉襯托,而且用熱辣辣嘅鐵板承載,成個presentation都做得好好,好睇又好食👍🏻最後我哋叫左「自家製心太軟」($29),原來驚喜在甜品,啲個心太軟真係好。好。食。❤️心太軟好多地方都有得食,但做得好食真係唔多。啲個心太軟由自家製的75%濃度朱古力製成,甜度適中

最後我哋叫左「自家製心太軟」($29),原來驚喜在甜品,啲個心太軟真係好。好。食。❤️心太軟好多地方都有得食,但做得好食真係唔多。啲個心太軟由自家製的75%濃度朱古力製成,甜度適中,而且能夠做到外脆內軟,切開完全可以做到「流心」,再加埋忌廉同香桃,整體係非常配合。咁高水準嘅心太軟只賣$29,真係性價比爆登,又平又好食嘅心太軟,啲間真係不二嘅選擇。
