To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從今年三月在此參加朋友生日飯局後,就一直沒有空再來品嘗盧師傅廚藝了。其實自己十分喜歡凱悅軒的小菜、因為甚有家常風味!所以今晚家人提議在此聚會,自己不亦樂乎!餐廳裝修非常簡潔也非常舒服!在此晚飯的客人、都是以本地家庭及朋友聚會為主。少了一份強國氣但多了一份本土風。每次食飯自己都必然會點幾個此處必食的美饌、鹵水鮑魚、廣東叉燒、燒腩仔、五味豆腐、川椒豬頸肉、茄子及腐皮卷等作為前菜等。其中以鹵水鲍魚及五味豆腐為最愛!鹵水鲍魚、鹵水味完全和鮑魚融為一體!把鮑魚味提昇了、再加上鮑魚又夠爽口,一啖咬下、超正!五味豆腐、炸到一粒一粒、外面脆卜卜裡面軟綿綿!賣相好,加上外面灑上了辣味粉、一粒一啖、香口又好味道!烤北京片皮鴨,鴨烤到皮下脂肪都融化了、只剩下幼嫩鴨肉及香脆鴨皮。再配合麼麼皮及配料一起食用,入口時鴨油、京䓤及醬油味一起在口腔內、十分美味!蜜糖豆炒鮮白合、炒得恰恰好又小油,豆煮到八成熟帶有輕微菜青味,配以鮮百合小小甜味、入口頓時有清新的美味!帶子琵琶豆腐、豆腐滑溜又帶有小小豆香及豬肉味、加上了淡淡帶子鮮味,味道十分融洽!上湯豆苗、把豆苗莖切去只剩下嫩綠的葉,以上湯、紹酒、火腿絲混合煮成、入口豆
