To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人吃飯, 吃的是心情. 食物都好吃就完美了. 欖菜肉碎四季豆,略爲太軟身,味道普通。鹵水鵝翼,我吃到有件特別重酒香味,應該酒是後灒的,未夠均勻。鹵水味鹹度不重,多吃也不漏,潮州店鹵水就是靈魂,這個鹵水膽果然名不虛傳。最後一碗蠔仔粥,一位。分2碗,分量剛好。很足料,味道不錯。不是推介,吃潮州菜一定會點蠔仔粥。
