冬菇亭、大牌檔呢一類民間食肆,絕對喺好多經歷過70、80年代嘅人集體回憶,更喺本土飲食傳奇,雖然,依家都仲有,但可謂賣少見少,加上一啲冬菇亭已經「現代化」,有裝修,有冷氣,都已經唔喺嗰啲要去捱吓熱嘅地方,而大牌檔亦有不少喺入鋪,比以往舒適好多。小弟晌石硤尾大,耀東街更喺求學時期嘅早餐飯堂,今晚搵嚟兩個街坊老友,聚聚舊,兼懷緬吓大牌檔風味。耀東街附近有好多舊唐樓,所以,無嚟一段日子,已經變晒,而昔日街道兩旁嘅大牌檔,依家都剩番得好少。呢晚光顧嘅「金牌源記」,位置正正晌近南昌街嘅街口。大牌炒嘢寧舍有鑊氣,亦喺好多人喜歡去大牌檔嘅原因之一,啱啱落咗幾場雨,店家亦架起帳蓬,不過,變相令到啲油煙散得無咁好,真喺不妨考慮吓加裝把抽氣扇嚟散散啲油煙。大牌檔嘅對象都喺街坊或熟客,賣嘅大部分都喺耳熟能詳嘅菜式,而佢哋亦有做埋海鮮嘅來料加工。此外,牆上亦印出一系列店家嘅推介菜式,兼且圖文並茂。覺得餐牌太多菜式唔知食乜好,就不妨晌埋推介中考慮吓。啤酒 $24雖然小弟唔好酒,但都陪老友啤一啤吓,配椒鹽類炸嘢就一流喇 。當然,除生力,仲有藍妹、青島之類,亦有汽水供應。椒鹽鮮魷 $98事不疑遲,第一道登場嘅就喺椒

椒鹽鮮魷 $98

事不疑遲,第一道登場嘅就喺椒鹽鮮魷,絕對喺餸啤酒嘅好朋友。啲鮮魷外觀金黃,裁得大大件有睇頭,入口肉質彈牙且有魷魚味,頗鮮甜,最對辦喺唔油膩,粉漿做得薄薄而香口,既有鹹香,又有點辣勁,咁先喺椒鹽嘛,沾少少喼汁,真喺好易食唔停口。

豉油皇海蝦 $148(半斤)

呢道菜真喺色香味全呀,一上枱,首先就喺啲海蝦夠晒大隻,而且,煎得色澤帶點焦黃,而散發出一陣陣豉油嘅香氣。咬落連殼都帶少少脆口,差啲想食埋落肚,而蝦肉口感好爽彈,既有蝦鮮味,又有豉油嘅鹹香味,正呀喂!

老友嘅大牌檔心水菜式,話唔食唔知個廚得唔得,皆因檔檔大牌檔嘅切備菜式,最好用嚟互相作比較嘅。基本上都喺大同小異,土魷、蝦乾、豬腩肉爆炒啲韭菜花,土魷及蝦乾就有嚼頭,韭菜花就好爽口,食起嚟有多種口感,而且,份量好足。

大澳蝦醬通菜 $68

通菜一喺蝦醬炒,一喺就椒絲腐乳炒,揀前者就純粹貪其鹹惹味啦。落蝦醬嘅份量啱啱好,食得到濃郁嘅蝦醬香,但又唔會過鹹,只喺覺得啲菜炒過咗少少火位。
