喺太子行行下,唔知食乜好,一行行到去深水埗,一轉角見到呢間大牌檔,喺路中開哂檔咁,自成一角嘅畫面好靚,然後小炒香味樸鼻而來,於是不由自主坐低左!由於同男朋友2個人,只叫左2個餸,分別係避風塘炸魚同小炒王!避風塘炸魚即叫即整,上枱熱辣辣,,外脆內軟,炸粉又唔厚,好食!平時我好中意食小炒王,覺得呢間差少少,韭菜花老左啲,所以偏硬有渣,同埋可能無炸嘅餸咁保到溫,所以食到一半都未到,就有啲變凍,下次叫送可能要注意下。

平時我好中意食小炒王,覺得呢間差少少,韭菜花老左啲,所以偏硬有渣,同埋可能無炸嘅餸咁保到溫,所以食到一半都未到,就有啲變凍,下次叫送可能要注意下。

今日去咗深水埗,想地道啲,所以就同朋友諗住係街邊度食大排檔。深水埗街坊都會知道,在東耀街有幾多好出名嘅大排檔,而我就揀咗**金牌源記大排檔**。金牌源記勝在小菜有好多款式可以揀,而且好大份,抵食之餘,小菜嘅鑊氣亦都好夠。絕對係正。我叫咗佢兩個餸加一碟菜。首先嚟嘅係啫啫雞煲,佢嘅雞煲,質料非常香濃,雞肉非常脆口嫩滑,而且炒出黎嘅時候鑊氣好足。之後嚟嘅係一點魚香茄子煲,佢啲魚香茄子煲好正宗,茄子用油燙過,軟硬適中,一定唔會有好稔身嘅感覺。而且佢加咗蝦乾同埋肉碎炒同爆香,非常正。之後嚟咗碟腐乳通菜,佢啲菜炒得乾身爽口,腐乳味亦都非常香濃,碟菜唔算有太多油,適合我呢啲鍾意健康嘅人食用。我下次再經過嘅話,一定要再食埋佢其他唔同款式嘅小菜。

For food, had the stir fried noodles with soy sauce, crispy ribs and crispy white bait.
The crispy ribs stole the show, they were even coated in this delicious salt and pepper coating.

I had a peep in the kitchen and saw that the ribs were freshly tossed in coating and then fried which gives it that quality coating while the meat came off the bones nicely.
The noodles were also a surprise, you could taste that wok fried aroma which was not too overwhelming.
They tasted even moreish with chili sauce.

去完深水埗買電話咭再去食晚飯,朋友居然話去食大排檔,懷舊一下。我就想:行到成身汗,揾間有冷氣的涼一涼好d,但朋友快移民,冇乜機會食大排檔,今次就陪下佢,上網查,在深水埗耀東街有一間金牌源記大排檔,我們就依地址前往。大排檔一如往常,露天擺了數張枱,燈光比較暗,我們就坐在街上的枱,但只有兩把風扇吹住另外的一邊的客人,不好意思轉過來,可能天氣熱,地下居然見到蟑螂走過,我都冇乜胃口,就叫朋友點菜,快快食完就走。好快第一度菜就到,豉椒炒蜆,蜆都幾大隻一半開口有一半合埋,當我用手打開蜆,準備放入口,朋友立即叫停我,他說蜆有泥,有d重係臭!嚇了一跳!當我望下手上隻蜆,果然發現唔妥,有泥!因為燈光昏暗冇留意,好在朋友提我,唉!已經熱到成頭汗,朋友都吾好意思繼續食,立即埋單轉場。

好耐冇食過大排檔,個朋友住喺呢度附住,提議去呢間大排檔度食飯,於是就去咗。我朋友平時都有去開呢間大排檔,於是就等佢話事,佢叫咗豉油皇海蝦,揚州炒飯,金銀蛋娃娃菜。呢間鋪頭啲飯同埋啲菜嘅份量都幾多,我同我朋友兩個人都食唔曬,呢啲份量我覺得足夠三個人食。金銀蛋娃娃菜都幾足料嘅裏邊有好多皮蛋。喺度食飯坐咗一陣,都陸陸續續見到有啲遊客啊,街坊來呢度食飯,可能呢度始終係有香港特色嘅大排檔,始終吸引到一班食客。

琴晚,去了深水埗食大牌檔-金牌源記,一直好中意食大牌檔既食品,吾知道依間既味道值吾值得推薦呢?環境方面,大牌檔當然在街上食;大家可以放心吾會好熱,因為有大風扇啊!豉椒炒蜆:炒蜆份量非常多,而且每隻蜆刀有蜆肉,吾會系炒到變空殼;因以豉椒黎炒,所以味道更加惹味又香口。整碟炒蜆好夠穫氣,是最值得推介的一道菜。椒鹽鮮魷:鮮魷份量吾算好多,但每舊刀大舊。鮮魷口感比較林口,外層炸至金黃色;外皮同樣是林的,椒鹽味足夠,再點埋醬汁,酸酸地幾開胃。生炸脆皮乳鴿:依度既乳鴿相比出面既完全吾同,因乳鴿外皮真的極脆口,食落仲有脆口既聲音。乳鴿也大隻,油份會較多,乳鴿很入味。脆皮炸豬大腸:對本人來說,對豬大腸有點失望;豬大腸肥膏較多,差不多圍住大腸中間,但口感會外脆內軟,所以要睇下自己介吾介意肥膏。另外,還點了汽水。
