今次我去咗一間日式餐廳,試咗幾道唔同嘅美食,真係好滿足!首先,柚子百香果茶清新爽口,唔會太甜,啤啤的果香令人心情愉悅。接著試咗椒鹽雞軟骨,外脆內嫩,鹽味恰到好處,非常下飯。吉列蠔亦令人驚喜,外皮金黃酥脆,內裡鮮嫩多汁,搭配少許檸檬汁,味道更加出色。而油甘魚壽司同赤蝦壽司都十分新鮮,魚肉質地滑嫩,口感極好。火焰三文魚壽司更是驚艷,火焰處理令魚肉散發出香氣,吃落去有種獨特的風味。鮮帶子壽司亦唔可以錯過,帶子的鮮味令我一試成主顧。玉子蛋壽司柔軟又香甜,給人一種溫暖的感覺。燒扇貝則是另一個亮點,鮮甜的扇貝配上微微的焦香,簡直完美。而脆脆鰻魚串口感豐富,咬下去有咔嚓聲,令人回味無窮。再來的香蒜大茄燒,茄子軟綿,香蒜味道突出,十分開胃。燒黑豚肉五花腩脂香四溢,厚燒牛舌串肉質滑嫩,肉味濃郁,真係好食。最後,芝士蛋糕加雪糕作為甜品,芝士味濃,雪糕滑順,完美結尾。整體餐點令人滿意,值得一試!
