To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 愛人訂咗呢間我地想去好耐既店舖,一路都搵唔到一個晚上去,最後終於決定搵個星期六下晝去見識見識...而亦因為聽到呢間舖既老細對食物要求好高,所以相對嚟講我既期望亦都提高咗.去到由侍應帶我地去上層,其實成個地方裝飾好簡單,比人感覺幾舒服,當然上到樓上個樓底就相對低咗,有少少壓迫感,但唔算係太嚴重,因為出現問題既係我地既座位. 我地被安排既地方係樓上入面近住另一條樓梯個位,相比一般食中餐既地方,大班樓係好靜既,而正正我地坐嗰個位出面可能係一個大冷氣機位,不停係咁有嗚嗚聲,成餐飯就係聽到嗚嗚聲,真係好鬼嘈!如果係做高級嘢既話,我諗唔單只要係食物方面下功夫,環境都要注重下先得.茶送到嚟,叫咗鐵觀音,飲到最尾都重好香,好有茶味.但係有咁既質素係應該既,因為茶每位係$15大洋.之後我地叫咗檸檬葉蝦餅($118),上枱嗰陣有好香嘅蝦味.夾雜住啲馬蹄,好彈牙,嗰汁真係好正,酸酸地甜甜地有陣鮮味!讚! 但係我未食完蝦餅就攞走咗隻碟同跟碟嗰汁,希望可以注意一下!黑麻油,頭抽,老酒三杯豬腸扣墨魚($148). 配搭十分特別的一個菜.味道很配合,唔會麻油搶咗頭抽既味道,誇張啲講,墨魚入口好似入口即溶咁.實情只係

檸檬葉蝦餅($118),上枱嗰陣有好香嘅蝦味.夾雜住啲馬蹄,好彈牙,嗰汁真係好正,酸酸地甜甜地有陣鮮味!讚! 但係我未食完蝦餅就攞走咗隻碟同跟碟嗰汁,希望可以注意一下!

黑麻油,頭抽,老酒三杯豬腸扣墨魚($148). 配搭十分特別的一個菜.味道很配合,唔會麻油搶咗頭抽既味道,誇張啲講,墨魚入口好似入口即溶咁.實情只係切得薄薄地,而黑麻油,頭抽,老酒又唔會搶咗墨魚既味道.但係..........豬腸就係呢個菜既敗筆.切得大細不一,細既啉,大嘅好似香口膠,趙唔倒.一個好食既餸就係比豬腸完完全全咁破壞咗.係咪真係咁嚴重?絶對係.腸有頭有尾,中間比較薄,如果真係要做到原本老闆所想做到既高水準,係咪應該分開咁處理呢,厚有厚先煑啉,再後加薄既.嫌麻煩既就剩係用中間個部份囉.除非你同我講話為咗比唔同口感我,所以就分開唔同既切法,咁我就冇嘢好講囉.

三蝦炒飯,做到炒飯既基本要求,熱,飯身炒到一粒粒,同埋上枱有香味,但係再食落因為個飯係用晒蝦既關係,所以有少少腥味.

魚湯牛坑腩丸($148),做得非常唔錯.濃郁既魚湯,牛坑腩丸有濃厚既牛肉味(其實有少少似飲茶既牛肉,但係好食好多既),但食材切厚度亦不平均,三塊薑片(切成菱蓘形),三塊厚度都唔同.

以為全日最精彩已經係開始出現咗但居然又有驚喜,冇錯就係甜品.我地叫咗兩個雪糕,杞子雪糕同子薑雪糕.首先要讚既係隻碗都係凍既.其實一間出色既餐廳唔係剩係好食既食物,要收咁既價錢,係細微細眼既地方就可以分出高下.作為中菜,佢地可以選擇既甜品唔多,但都可以考慮到先雪凍個碗都已經算係咁.講番雪糕,子薑雪糕,薑味唔係太突出,如果你喜愛淡淡地,

可以一試.杞子雪糕就真係驚喜喎.佢既雪糕同子薑雪糕係有啲唔同.子薑雪糕除咗薑味淡之外,雪糕亦唔係太濃.相對嚟講,杞子就濃郁得多,再加上粒粒杞子,非常之唔錯.

而服務方面,除咗檸檬葉蝦餅事件之外其實係非常好,令人感覺好舒服,唔會做多咗,亦唔會令你感到被忽視.

其實當初係睇咗葉一南寫既文章嚟呢度食,嚟之前期望相當大,嚟咗之後,感覺食物方面有做得好既地方而同一時間亦有改進既空間.希望下次再嚟嗰陣,可以試多啲其他既菜式,到時再品評一下.
