To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越來越多人都開始注重健康飲食，而身形漸漸走樣既我都開始注重埋😂上網見到呢間主打健康火鍋既椰子雞煲就緊係要試下啦！🥰呢度既湯底係原隻海南椰子水，煲落超級清甜！加上雞肉煲出少少雞味後，真係忍唔住飲左四五碗😳 呢度既雞肉好重雞味🐔，而且肉質結實，好似平時返大陸食既雞！問左店員，原來呢度既雞都係海南走地雞，仲要係食椰子🥥大既，唔怪得肉質咁高質啦🤤由於係走地雞，所以皮下脂肪都好薄，雞皮食落又脆身，好正😋😋飲完湯，食完雞，就可以加雞湯去打邊爐了。我地叫左娃娃菜同響鈴，娃娃菜比平時的火鍋店大份好多，而且又新鮮，抵👍🏻另外仲叫左個臘味煲仔飯🍚一開煲蓋就聞到陣陣臘味獨有既油香味🤤食落都好驚喜！飯粒粒油潤，感覺有糯米咁煙韌，而且仲有香脆既飯焦最後飲埋杯自家製雪梨茶，真係有幸福既感覺❤️
