呢排返工壓力都真係好大,於是今日收工之後,同事就話不如約埋一齊去飲嘢同食晚餐,傾咗一陣之後有人就提議去尖沙咀諾士佛臺呢一間酒吧餐廳chill下。呢度有好多嘢可以玩,感覺真係幾正,而且食物同飲品都唔錯 !bar snack我地share左個秘汁烤焗豬頸肉,唔會嚡,重點就係個秘汁真係好惹味,配埋啤酒好好食!見到有個歡樂時光串燒組合,我哋要咗個牛肉組合,入面有安格斯牛肉串、牛肉串、山賊牛肋串同埋牛舌芯。不嬲係牛肉忠實粉絲嘅我真係食得好開心,全部都燒得好正,加埋呢個組合其實會包埋一個飲品,我今日就梗係叫埋紅酒啦,紅酒配牛肉真係最正。山賊牛肋串我覺得係最出色,有少少厚度,口感一流。最後飲完幾杯之後都想食返啲澱粉質,於是就叫咗carbonara,佢嘅品質比我想像中更加好食,夠creamy,pasta夠al dente。
