To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

普通食一碟燒鵝燒肉飯，都差過喺街市買。仲要係80幾蚊一碟！啲飯又濕燒鵝燒肉又唔熱，燒肉又係俾啲雪藏嗰啲。食食吓嘅時候見到有個女人入嚟買燒肉，佢應該買咗二百幾蚊，斬嘢嗰個人俾啲垃圾佢，佢見到即刻指住話要腩骨，斬嘢嗰個人即刻黑晒面。做生意好心做好啲啦以前好好食而家變晒質😓😓其實真係睇得出而家少咗好多人去嗰度食，以前好多人但係而家因為佢哋啲食物質素變差咗好多，希望佢哋有返啲良心做好依家嘢啦做好香港🙏🏻
