To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

工作關係，經過歌賦街，新式Café 和西餐廳不少，唯獨是這間上海弄堂店我較為有興趣，最喜歡是上海菜，很掛念回鍋肉炒年糕這個小菜🥺回鍋肉炒年糕這道小菜很有鑊氣！回鍋肉煎得焦香，配料豐富，有青椒、紅椒、椰菜等等。而主角之一——年糕，厚切得來彈牙！配上鹹甜醬汁，給好吃。西洋菜雲吞雲吞很足料，啖啖是西洋菜🤓而且份量有八粒，算是很飽肚！最欣賞是湯底，充滿鮮味，😋芝麻湯圓$32有五小粒，細細粒😼咬下時，芝麻蓉流出，好吃😙
