Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日,又好鍾意食上海菜,所以就上網見到呢間餐廳就嚟咗試。必食小籠包皮薄,餡料夠,湯汁濃,即叫即蒸,必食之選,嗰日仲同朋友叫咗兩籠烤雙方用中式包點嘅皮,包住金華火腿最上乘嘅部份,配以蜜糖汁同炸豆腐皮,入口酥軟,鹹甜交融,係我最鍾意嘅上海菜之一,又係一個必食之選!清炒蝦仁選材上乘,蝦夠新鮮,爽口彈牙,以大火快炒,令到肉汁鎖住,師傅功力夠!💯環境枱與枱之間有適當嘅距離,唔會似一般中式酒樓,感覺比較逼。如果係尖沙咀要揾地方食上海菜嚟講係一個好嘅選擇!

枱與枱之間有適當嘅距離,唔會似一般中式酒樓,感覺比較逼。如果係尖沙咀要揾地方食上海菜嚟講係一個好嘅選擇!
