To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

素菜咖哩角的餡料以薯蓉為主，難得竟然係熱辣辣上枱，似乎係即叫即焗，唔係一早整定叮都唔叮翻熱比你或者係翻焗的，呢個新鮮好食，最衰係薯仔會飽肚，否則真係想食多一件。印度牛油雞Butter Chicken入面的雞肉都煮得幾嫩，茄汁加上芝士的香味用黎餸飯或者點Naam Bread都好好味，仲有想講嘅係食得出佢用咗好多香料，真係非常正宗的印度菜。瑪莎拉牛脷的瑪莎拉汁又係超多香料，混合起黎真係好好味。個牛脷唔會太韌，又係用黎餸飯或者點Naam Bread會超正。印度兼薑飯D米係長條形有得意，食落係乾身兼散修修咁，飯入面又係有好香的印度香料，好食。Naam Bread又應該係即叫即做，呢D烤餅點汁真係一流，我地叫了Plain的，已經好好食了，佢仲有蒜頭、牛油嗰D味比你揀。
