Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正宗印度菜

有朋友介紹我試這家印度菜，一試難忘，性價比極高。位於油麻地內街，比想像中易搵，入面座位比較窄。一開始有印度胡椒脆薄餅點一個綠色的汁，辣辣地幾開胃，呢個係免費的。叫了個咖哩角，入面D薯蓉又香又軟熟，熱辣辣好好味，不過就滯咗少少，因為始終係薯仔蓉，係會飽肚D。之後叫了印式燒烤拼盤，似乎係用碳燒嘅，所以好香碳火味，出面好似好少食得到。跟住仲有個印度烤羊腿，燒得唔太乾，D印度香料好入味，值得一試。最後叫了一個有汁的菜式用黎點Naam Bread超級正，就係呢個Butter Chicken牛油雞，個汁底主要係茄汁，然後當然有好多印度香料啦，好食。
