Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日突然好想食印度菜，梗係去重慶大廈食正宗印度嘢啦，放工去門口有好多印度人招待你，佢哋非常熱情和友善，熱烈咁推介自己嘅餐廳，我哋最後揀咗 Moti Palace Indian Restaurant，因為都好多明星去食過，就去試下啦，餐廳裝修好有印度餐廳嘅感覺，光線暗暗的好有情調，有卡位，我哋去嗰陣時都好多香港人嚟食Vegetable Samosa去食正宗印度嘢梗係要叫samosa啦， samosa大大粒，炸得外脆內軟，裏面餡料好多，有薯仔，青豆等，還有他們獨特嘅印度香料，仲要係即叫即炸，熱辣辣，正 😆Dahi Poori以前有印度朋友教過我用脆米球飲湯，今次發現有新品喎，佢哋將乳酪讓咗入脆米球入面，乳酪酸酸微微，再加脆米球脆卜卜，裏面仲有薯仔，口感好豐富，但係呢個要盡快食，因為乳酪會把脆米球溶掉，我哋唔知就係咁溶咗2個，哈哈 😄Seekh Kebab 這款係羊肉卷，係用鐵板上，羊肉卷下面墊了一些洋蔥，羊肉卷鬆軟和乾身，同埋佢哋應該配搭咗佢哋印度獨特嘅香料，食落去聞唔到羊嘅騷味，可以配埋薄荷醬一齊吃有另一番風味 😗Lamb Masala之後就係咖哩羊，這款咖哩唔係太辣，好適合小辣嘅人
