重慶大廈,相信一直都有唔少人覺得呢個地方好神秘。今日跟住朋友嚟到呢一個異國風情嘅地方,揭開佢嘅神秘面紗。不過喺揭開神秘面紗之前,都係要醫好咗個肚先嘅😂上去一樓,直行到尾轉左,有一間裝修幾靚嘅餐廳,睇佢都有中文餐牌,而且價錢唔貴,唔使諗😂開門坐低就係!一入到去播放緊一啲印度嘅歌曲,裝修都幾華麗,用上咗皮櫈,仲有兩間vip房。不過話就話vip房,原來係唔使加錢嘅😂🐔tandoori chicken印度燒雞,唔知你哋記憶中係咩味㗎呢?呢度嘅印度燒雞充滿香料而且有少少辣,用鐵板盛載,底下有洋蔥同埋椰菜絲,鍾意食印度嘢嘅一定唔好錯過!🐏Lamb Curry叫得咖哩羊腩本身都想嗌個飯,不過實在真係太大兜根本一半都食唔曬😂咖哩嘅香料味道好濃郁,我叫咗小辣唔會太辣,羊腩入口鬆軟唔會有太大嘅羊騷味,配搭naan食絕對係唔錯嘅選擇🌮keema naan普通嘅烤餅成日食,原來免治羊肉烤餅又係第二種風味,免治羊肉加上秘製嘅印度香料,同平時食嗰啲有啲分別,口感更加豐富多元化!🥤mango Lassi & masala tea如果話佢呢度嘅芒果奶昔好飲,不如話佢嘅芒果乳酪應該更加適合!呢度嘅乳酪係天然發酵,飲落酸酸甜甜唔會有太多嘅添加劑!印度嘅masala tea係小甜版本,有啲似我好耐之前喺油麻地食開嗰間印度菜杯茶!🍦番紅花杏仁雪糕一粒粒嘅形狀真係幾搞笑我都第一次食呢種形狀嘅雪糕,好好食下次會再叫!好有口感🫶唔知點形容,香香甜甜係我第一次接觸講咗咁耐,其實想同大家介紹一下重慶大廈真係有好多美食!都唔係啲人想像中咁得人驚其實呢度啲人好熱情!希望大家都可以多多支持香港小店 🫶

講起地道同正宗嘅印度菜,好多人都會諗起去重慶大廈覓食,今次去左一間非常乾淨企理,食物正宗得嚟又啱口味嘅印度菜餐廳♔ 珍珠皇宮 ♔無論環境同食物都係唔錯,幾值得去試試✦乳酪脆米球 𝘿𝙖𝙝𝙞 𝙋𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙞一直都好想知道呢個神秘嘅脆米波波係咩味道,對於喜歡乳酪嘅人黎講,呢個脆米球係幾有驚喜!脆米球入面裝住冰凍帶甜嘅乳酪,仲𝙢𝙞𝙭左薯仔泥、鷹嘴豆泥,入面有帶微辣嘅印度香料味道,紅石榴最後會為味蕾帶來清新感覺✦牛油烤雞 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 每次食印度菜都會食𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣,醬汁由印度牛油同蔬菜熬成,帶微微酸甜,配𝙉𝙖𝙖𝙣點醬汁令人一口接一口,最後個醬汁係清曬!雞肉被香料醃得非常入味,雞肉嫩滑香口✦奶油蕃茄汁咖喱蝦 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙞咖喱蝦大隻又彈牙,奶油蕃茄汁同𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 嘅醬汁相比會比較輕身,香料味無咁濃烈,帶蕃茄味道嘅清新,質感都係咁濃稠,配𝙉𝙖𝙖𝙣食都係非常適合✦芝士烤餅𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙉𝙖𝙖𝙣 口感鬆脆帶麵粉香,好有咬口,加埋半溶芝士,點咖喱好夾✦蒜蓉烤餅 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙉𝙖𝙖𝙣比較扁身外脆內軟,面頭佈滿香口嘅蒜蓉粒,同樣係食到唔夠喉✦𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞 & ✦𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞 兩者嘅𝙮𝙤𝙜𝙪𝙧𝙩 味道都好濃郁,但口感唔會太杰,無論配芒果定士多啤梨都好清新

🚇重慶大廈入面有十分多印度餐廳,其中呢間🇮🇳珍珠皇宮就係比較出名嘅,入邊地方闊落又有包廂☺️,菜式選擇豐富而且味道好正宗👏。印度奶昔🍹風味獨特,我差唔多每次食印度菜都會叫😝,佢哋除咗有比較普遍嘅芒果口味之外仲有多款其他口味,我哋就揀咗芒果同玫瑰,酸酸甜甜🤤十分之開胃!瑪莎拉薄脆🫓係好經典嘅印度🇮🇳開胃菜,用料好足👍又香脆。咖喱角外殻超香脆🤩,餡料滿滿,咖喱🍛味道好香濃,配埋佢哋獨特嘅醬汁💧,風味十足。蒜蓉蝦🦐味道超濃郁,勁重蒜蓉味🧄,味道有少少酸甜,蝦仁🍤又爽又滑好好味!腰果杏仁雞🐓充滿腰果同埋杏仁嘅果仁香同埋甜,🍗雞肉嫩滑,食起上嚟好 creamy😋。食印度菜的話🇮🇳印度烤餅就一定唔少得,呢度嘅🫓款式選擇十分之多,尤其有我鍾意😍嘅乾果果仁蓉烤餅,又香又甜又好味👍!

喺重慶大廈開咗好耐嘅印度餐廳。印象中今次係第三或者第四次食。今次去大多數食客都係香港人。原來佢哋都幾多staff識講廣東話😮。🌟南印度捲餅$78米餅配三款chutneys~米餅係邊位脆,中間厚啲嘅位係有啲鬆軟。味道甜甜地,令我諗起港式嘅pancake。包住咖哩薯仔,有濃濃嘅香料味,唔使加好多chutneys都夠味。不過我哋一致認為紅色微辣勁香最好味。🌟芝士菠菜$98幼滑溫和,香料味好豐富。印度芝士嘅份量特別多。我鐘意佢冇加新鮮薑絲,唔使挑返出嚟🤣。🌟瑪莎拉咖喱羊(可選辣度)$118Bite size嘅羊肉煮得好腍好入味。香料味道超濃郁,而且羊脂嘅味道融晒落咖喱裏面。🌟原味烤餅$25🌟蒜香烤餅$35一份三塊,因為佢哋嘅咖喱特別大份,我覺得一份咖喱兩份餅啱啱好。蒜香加任何咖喱都好夾。但原味係最輕盈唔油膩。🌟Mango lassi $42🌟Salted lassi $42
