To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞肉食落幾嫩滑,三杯雞嘅醬汁偏重味,有啲人會接受唔到嫌太鹹,我諗正宗台式應該係呢個味道,我個人可以接受,不過三杯雞唔太食到酒香味。

算係中價既台灣菜,比起野食環境更好,打卡一流,裝修格外用心,無論係舊式信箱、木門、印花牆紙、收音機、地櫃、古董電話、相機,但有無得坐到想坐既位就要睇好無彩,因為係系統派位,就算訂位都無得reserve邊個位。
